It is our goal to provide our customers with knowledgable, timely, and friendly support. The initial purchase of any of our products includes one year of free technical support and upgrades. This maintenance agreement may be extended in subsequent years for 20% of the product purchase price.
Because we recognize that our customers have unique operating environments, we are always open to suggestions for new or custom features. We have frequently developed product upgrades free of charge to meet specific customer needs.
