The MPEG-2 Transport Stream Multiplexer Enhanced Version (MP2TSME) is the premier offline multiplexer. It accepts MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video, H.264 video, MPEG audio, AAC, Dolby AC-3, Enhanced Dolby AC-3, DTS audio, SMPTE 302M audio, DVB bitmapped subtitle data, and ITU-R System B teletext. MP2TSME also includes the following tools and utilities to preprocess input streams or manipulate existing multiplexes: Demultiplexer, Video Trim, Maximum Duration, Extract Packets, Packetized Data, Video ES, Audio ES, Closed Caption Insertion/Extraction, DVB Subtitle, and the Terminator.
